Didn't even know it was on until too late - too busy anyway.
No Frank, definitely not for the American market that production; far too English/European in the orphanage model.
And if you didn't find the production extremely amusing you were definitely looking for the wrong experience. I'm sure the TV version wouldn't have been up to the immediacy of the stage production however; they seldom are.

Sorry cannot agree htm even the costumes where borrowed from the USA
Didn't find it that amusing, I agree however that the tv screen is poor to a live performance.

I saw about half an hour. I liked what I saw, it reminded me of a Lindsay Kemp thing I saw the Rambert Dance Group do a while back.
I can't see America liking it. Too camp.
