To be a little more sensible - her new double sided( ) single is jolly good.
And I don't know whether it's senility creeping in, now that I'm 31, or what - but I'm currently rather struck by Will Young's latest album too!

Well, I have to admit that it was a toss up between REM's Greatest Hits or Will Young for me also, but I have 99% of the REM CD already, and I know where to download the odd few I don't have - so I plumped for Will Young's CD, which I am not at all regretting. It's very enjoyable - and much better than I ever would've given him credit for a couple of months ago.
And what's this about you not buying Will's album? I thought you was a fan (nee sycophant!)

I am a minor fan, I do like his voice

but at this time of year there is so

much going in the bushes and in the

record shops! ; Not to mention the food

JR must be the most sycophantic talk show host there has ever been. I was writhing in embarrassment at the fawning he was doing over Victoria Beckham. He was so enthusiastic about Ian McKellan I wouldn't have been surprised if he'd had a wank over him there and then.

He seems to be everywhere these days - awards, Film 2003 (Which has become unwatchable since he started presenting it), a radio show, a quiz show and his own chat show. Is there really such a lack of talent that we have to have him everywhere?

totally agree - seeing what media whores the beckhams are it must be really annoying for them to see davids position as GBs young sexy sporting hero seriously challenged by Jonny - a younger model to boot. whats so funny is Jonny isnt even courting the publicity that posh and becks feed on. apparently JW was really pissed of that hello mag put him on the cover, featured an old interview he did elsewhereand made out that they talked to him. they apologised but now they have put him on the cover again for him MBE (he obviously sells mags). theres an article in the face mag which suggests that becks is alot more intelligent/ media savvy than people give him credit for (ie he knows how to play the PR game and its not posh pulling the strings). ie whenever someone else comes on the scene to take attention away from them he gets a newhaircut etc.
