Idiot Of The Year - Saddam Hussein (first he boasts about WOMDs he doesn't have - which gives the USA and Britain the perfect excuse to invade him - and then he doesn't use the WOMD he does have (right there in his hand!) to kill himself when the game's up! What a dodo!!)
