my feet are cold! and my hands. and my nose. and the tips of my ears
in fact that's a lie, my left hand is hot and my right hand is cold. why does that happen?!
|

where have you got your left hand?
|
 | Re: and everyone is where exactly?.... ® L.I. (in the United Kingdom) 28 Dec 2001 at 20:17 GMT |
|
|
nope. i usually have one hand hotter than the other, and i've no idea why! Although as everyone who
has seen my hands has said 'My hands are weird!'
I can bend my fingers backwards 90 degrees, on each hand i can fit my thumb and three remaining
fingers on my little finger, and my thumbs are so long that if i clench my fists, my thumbs poke
out the end!

LI, 'one hand cold the other warm' is caused by poor circulation, symtomatic of being underweight,
my mother had this problem in the 80's when her weight dropped to below 8st she used to have a
couple of glasses of wine then have a hot bath (on the rather misguided view that as alcohol thins
the blood she would warm up quicker) it did work, however she only got rid of the problem once she
gained some weight back.
