Yes, guys going commando, strolling around in vests, in the chilly north west.
But, no matter, cold is for wimps and they're 'ard!
Or is it frozen?

I sat with a young man on Tuesday night at a party I went to, (poor John was working), who had his jeans ripped in some sensational places, the maddening thing was, you couldn't see what you were hoping to see, if you get my drift.

Trousers (or is it pants in Canada?)

Keks: a dialectical form of "kicks" cf "strides"

We refer to trousers as pants, which tends to cause confusion when I'm in the UK.

Most of us call them pants here in the North West.

Yes, pants is a term I use too Dylan1, but thought that might mean something else to adl.

It should be kecks, not 'keks' (says the C O D).

That's the C.O.D.'s problem, tin.

Keks, pants, undies, jeans....well in freezing cold Scotland the men are so hard we sport nothing under our outer leg garments..apart from a skimpy jock strap now and again just as a bum and crotch tease. Thongs, pouches , tangas, jockstraps...they're all bloody mouthwatering ang great to chew on if you're a slut bottom pig lke myself! Any hunky studs with a masterful piece of man- meat needing attended? I'm your man!(and slave!)Can't be doing with these trackies, funnily enough...denim's much more becoming a stud!

Northerner is obviously one of these up-jumped midlanders who live less than 1/2 way up the country but describe themselves as "northern" to get some street cred.
I may have lived in the heathen south for rather longer than I care to remember but I remember what words mean

Few things that people in the north of England say mean anything in English, Melba. And you don't live in the south, you live in the east.
