Read with comprehension - it doesn't actually quote Farrell. This is just PR put out by the studio. I understand that Colin is much like the ancients - not a big problem with bisexuality, sex is just sex. According to Hardhat (remember him?), Colin has quite the reputation in Dublin.

maybe it was just a horrible snog. in any case a hearthrob being quoted on a channel called 'female first' as saying women are definitely the way forward for him is hardly a shocker 
is he a bit of a knob? yes. does he say homos are horrid? nope.

Don't forget the WB logo in the upper right corner. This is a studio website. Studio PR folks don't operate with any journalist sense or ethic. Their job is to build buzz and interest in a film and star. The studio world is famous for snipping together several quotations into one "condensed" vs concise idea.
Where's Ronan, he must have heard stuff on the streets and pubs of Dublin.
